The EtherCAT box can be installed inside the drive cabinet or closer to the Powermax equipment, mounted vertically or horizontally using provided brackets.   Embedded automatic process control Produce high-quality parts through built-in intelligence of the Powermax SYNC® systems. Only compatible processes for the installed cartridge are displayed and communicated automatically to the EDGE Connect CNC Phoenix software upon startup. Alerts to real-time diagnostic information The Powermax Interface synchronizes data exchange between the connected systems. Operators are instantly alerted to incorrect cut parameters and prevented from selecting a current higher than the installed cartridge. Also, operators can perform a soft reset of the Powermax system within the Phoenix software without a physical reset on the power supply equipment.
